The Physicians' Information & Education Resource (PIER) from the American College of Physicians is a Web-based decision-support tool designed for rapid point-of-care delivery of up-to-date, evidence-based guidance for clinicians. Modules present succinct guidance statements and practice recommendations, with more detailed explanations of rationale and supporting evidence available at any point.
