The following online atlases are provided as reference libraries for use in training medical students, physicians, and other healthcare providers. They are designed to provide an overview of the procedure with associated graphics. We recommend a period of proctorship with healthcare provider skilled in the procedure for any clinical medical procedures. All commentary is the opinion of the authors.
