Apply to affected area 3 times a day. Wash area before each application.

Guanethedine Spray: Guanethedine 1%/Lidocaine 4%
Apply to painful area 2 to 3 times daily

Rectal Rocket Formulations
For hemorrhoids: Hydrocortisone 2%/Lidocaine 3%
Insert 1 suppository ¾ of the way into the rectum at bedtime.
Simply wet suppository under tap water before insertion
For rectal fissures
Hydrocortisone 2%/Misoprostol 0.0024%/Lidocaine 1%/Sucralfate
1gm/supp
Insert 1 suppository ¾ of the way into the rectum at bedtime.
Simply wet suppository under tap water before insertion.
