OB Complications To Be Referred To The Prenatal Diagnosis Clinic (DCI)

Please appoint pregnant women to the DCI on Wednesday afternoons for genetic counseling and/or targeted (Level II) sonographic exam for any of the following conditions in the second trimester by calling extension 7978:

Maternal age > 35 years at EDC
Prior aneuploidy or 1^st degree relative
Abnormal MSAFP or triple screen result
Multi-fetal gestation
Known fetal abnormality
Risk of fetal abnormality (prior affected infant; family history of genetic disorder; etc.)
