| Neisseria gonorrhoeae infection | Ceftriaxone 125 mg OR spectinomycin 2 g, in one IM dose; should also receive antichlamydial treatment |
| Chlamydia trachomatis infection | Erythromycin base 500 mg orally, q.i.d., for 7 d; OR amoxicillin 500 mg orally, t.i.d., for 7 d; OR azithromycin 1 g orally, in one dose |
